چکیده

The paper presents the clinical case of successful treatment giant oleogranuloma external genitalia in a kidney recipient. relevance problem, which has not diminished over time due to identification new cases, is presented. Stages involving pathological tissue removal and reconstructive plastic surgical intervention restore anatomical form functionality penis are described illustrated detail. authors conclude that for penile can be effectively performed patient with end-stage chronic renal disease treated via transplant who receiving triple immunosuppressive therapy.
